BarCode Features

  • Bar Code can be given for a lot quantity or for every single part quantity depending on requirement
  • Bar Code generated on Goods Receipt / when material accepted in warehouse
    • Lot Size – False (Bar codes generated for each part / item quantity)
    • Lot Size – True (One bar code generated)
  • Printing / Reprinting of Bar Code if required
  • For Goods / material issue Bar Code picking and validation is available
    • Works on FIFO method

AcePickerMate

  • Easy to use mobile App for Pick
  • Picker selects the project from picklist
  • Picker can pick the  single or multiple projects by selecting required project from pick list
  • Picker scans Bar Code for the Part item
  • Picker can pick partial quantity from Lot quantity on app.
  • Picker can unpick /remove wrongly picked items from the App as well
  • This data gets synchronized with backend ERPbyNet
    • Updates the Quantity
    • Updates the Picker name
    • Updates the Pick sync date
  • If picker scans already shipped or exhausted item or item outside of pick list, then system will flash error and reject the item
  • Green/Yellow/Red indicators are used in App for easy validation
    • Matching FIFO Barcode & GI Barcode
  • Three functionalities are offered in AcePickerMate mobile app
